Auditory perception tests were performed with 19 children (5-8 years old, having either cochlear implant or hearing aid) with robot and tablet, and physiological data were obtained with a camera and smart wristband during the test. After the test, 2 separate survey studies were conducted to evaluate the contribution of the robotic setup, to assess the validity of available animations and to explore if the children understand which emotion the robot tries to manifest.

A training study on Kaspar robot and gamification was organized within the scope of EMBOA project. A study was carried out to design and implement scenarios on capturing emotional data from children with ASD. Especially the physical setup for the procedure, i.e. the points where cameras and sensors will be placed and the types of data to be obtained from children, and the surveys to be conducted were discussed and examined. The results will be published as a technical report.
